high noise level missing amenities
the staff was polite and helpful, which met my expectations.
The noise level was problematic. I could hear music until late at night because my room was under the adults-only pool and restaurant. also, some basic amenities were missing. I didn't find hand soap or cotton pads in the room. i feel these details should be considered, especially given the price.

sound insulation disturbance
the breakfast offered many choices. it was a good start to the day.
the room lacked proper sound insulation. i heard noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway throughout the night. this disturbance greatly affected my ability to rest. the situation requires immediate attention.

fresh breakfast friendly staff noisy hotel poor finishing
i adored the breakfast. it was fresh, and they prepared any type of eggs. the staff was very friendly with our kid. there was enough space to keep the kid busy while i enjoyed my drink.
the hotel was very noisy! the room was not comfy and the finishing is very poor, it's ok if you spend most of your time away.

great variety breakfast rooftop pool view quick staff response outdated gym equipment insufficient soundproofing limited vegetarian options
the breakfast had great variety EVERYTHING tasted fresh. the rooftop pool offered amazing views i spent hours up there. the staff responded QUICKLY to requests i had. i really APPRECIATED their help.
the gym equipment needed updating some machines were out of service. the room lacked sufficient soundproofing i could hear noise from the hallway. the restaurant menu had limited vegetarian options i struggled to find choices.
